Face to Face or Online
I am a UKCP and BACP accredited psychotherapist and counsellor and have have been running a practise for over 15 years. I offer a warm, welcoming, safe and confidential environment.
You may be interested in something short-term, focusing on what is relevant for you now or you may want to work in a more ongoing way.
What to expect from your first session
The first session is 30 minutes and is free. It will be a time to get to know each other and for you to get a feel for me and my way of working. I will ask you a few questions, particularly about what you are most wanting from counselling. It will be a time in which you can open up as much or as little as you want. Afterwards you can reflect on how it went for you and you only need to get back in touch if you decide you would like to continue.
Counselling or psychotherapy is a journey of growth & self-discovery. It is about getting to know yourself better by gently peeling back some of the layers and bit by bit opening up to deeper levels of who you are.
I am based in 7 Dials in Brighton, about 7 minutes walk from the train station. However, if you live further afield we can do the sessions online using Zoom, which makes it convenient wherever you are. Please feel free to give me a call on 01273 206850 to discuss further or to book a session.
Having a series of sessions can help you to heal the issues that stop you moving forward in the way you would like and as a result you can feel more fulfilled, happy and at peace within yourself.
